Ho imparato da mia nonna: era straordinaria. Anche mia moglie cucina divinamente e le sono grato per l’opportunità che mi ha dato di cucinare in un ristorante. La mia crescita nasce in famiglia e si riflette in ogni piatto che preparo.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Simone cook for our family during our stay at a villa in Chianti, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment he arrived, Simone brought warmth and professionalism. He crafted a beautiful, authentic Tuscan menu using the freshest local ingredients, and every dish was both rustic and refined—truly the flavors of Chianti. Simone’s passion for food shone through as he explained each course and shared stories behind the recipes and wines. The pacing of the meal was perfect, and his attention to detail made the dinner feel special and relaxed at the same time. Beyond his incredible cooking, he was kind and personable, making us feel like we were dining with an old friend. If you’re looking to elevate your stay in Tuscany with an intimate, restaurant-quality dining experience at home, we cannot recommend Chef Simone enough. This evening was a highlight of our trip and a memory we’ll cherish for years to come.
